Intro - Vladimir Ventura

Hello everyone,

My name is Vladimir, and I am a computer science major. I am taking Art and Women mainly because it is a requirement, but also because I have never taken an Art History course, and I believe it will be intriguing to learn about women's role in historical society. When I hear about art, I hear about the male artists (Da Vincci, Warhol, etc..); I had never really placed much thought about female artists. I am looking forward to learning more about them, and the obscure role they've played in history.
